Greetings: I am looking for information regarding my great grandfather, George Gervais. I believe he had connections with the newspaper in Quebec, and possibly with the government. He was born in 1854 or 1855.

Michelle- go to the canadian census and look him up there. i was able to find my husband's grandfather's enlistment papers for ww1, and it started with the census.all you need is a name.
